This paper aims to analyze the emblematic cases of the Federal Supreme Court and the Superior Court of Justice, which have a connection with private relations, both in the existential and patrimonial aspects, from 2015.
The book is divided into three well-defined axes. The first one addresses topics related to the protection of people in private relations, emphasizing aspects related to the protection of human dignity in various scenarios, the second presenting topics related to business relations and law. and, finally, the third part for the analysis of family relationships and their consequences, both in the personal and succession fields.
The themes follow by presenting intriguing questions that need reflection by legal operators and researchers who have chosen the field of private relations as the object of study, which currently cannot do without analyzing the impact of higher court decisions on forensic daily life.
